For a long time, I didn't have pets of my own, and my heart belonged to every furball I encountered. That passion led me to foster kittens and volunteer at local shelters, playing 'paparazzi' for cats waiting for their forever homes. Even now, with my own rescue cats, I find that same joy in every new face I photograph. It’s a privilege I don’t take lightly; every purr and head bump reminds me why I do what I do. When I’m not at home being 'staff' to Zara and Noorie, I’m out in the Seattle community documenting the happy tails of the rescue world.
